Chicken Barbecue Recipe

4 pcs chicken thigh
1 cup Sprite soda or 7up
4 cloves garlic minced
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tbsp calamsi juice

1. Clean and wash the chicken thigh and pat dry with paper towel.

2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper then set aside for 10mins.

3. In a cooking pot mix the soda, calamansi, ketchup, sugar and garlic. Stir well to combine.

4. Add the chicken to the mixture and leave it for atleast 2hrs then simmer it for 15mins.

5. Remove the chicken and set aside the remaining sauce from the pot.

6. Grill the chicken 10 minutes each sides or until well done. Make sure that u will glazed  the chicken with the sauce each side while grilling. 
       If you want to used an oven u can cook  it for 25 minutes.
