Stuffed Cabbage Recipe



Stuff cabbage roll recipe is a cabbage leaves filled with beef/mutton, cheese,herbs and carrots. Coated in a tomato sauce with dried
Oregano, tomato paste. And what it makes different is because of balsamic vinegar  that will add a tangy taste to the sauce.

INGREDIENTS 
500 g minced beef or any kind of meat
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 onion finely chopped
1 big carrot finely chopped
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp itallian seasoning
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 c parmesan cheese
1 big head cabbage

FOR THE SAUCE
350 g tomato sauce
1 cup beef/chicken stock
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 onion finely chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
Pepper
3 tbsp light soy sauce 
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp dried  parsley
1 tsp Italian seasoning

METHOD
1. In a large pot boil water and put the cabbage. Boil it for 10 minutes so that the leaves can easily remove.

2. Take the cabbage leaves one by one and pat dry with paper towel. Set aside.

3. In a bowl put together the beef, cheese, pepper, garlic powder, carrots, parsley,Italian seasoning, and salt. Stir to be well combine.

4. Take one leave then put 3/4 c of the beef mixture and roll it. Take another one leave then roll again. Set aside then just continue doing the wrapping.

5. In a large skillet heat the oil and saute the onion until soften. Pour in the tomato sauce stir and add in the chicken or beef stock simmer for 3 minutes. 

6. Add in the tomato paste stir. Put in oregano, parsley, italian seasoning salt and pepper stir well. Simmer for 10 minutes then add in the balsamic vinegar  simmer and sugar then simmer for 3 minutes.

7. Put in the the cabbage roll and simmer for another 5 minutes or until sauce thickened already.

8. Transfer to a serving plate  then serve.
