Creamy Tuscan Salmon Recipe

You won't believe how easy and fast this recipe.In just 30minutes you will have a healthy and delicious dish.Creamy tuscan salmon fillet are juicy and tender on the inside with a perfect crisp on the edge.

4 PCs of salmon fillet
1 c heavy cream
3/4 c parmesan cheese
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp oil
1 1/2 c cherry tomato cut into half
4 gloves garlic minced
1/4 c herbs (parsley, basil,dill)
2 c spinach

1. Season the salmon fillet with salt.

2. In a skillet heat the oil when the oil is ready put the salmon skin side up, and cook until golden for 5 minutes. Flip over and cook for 2 minutes more.Transfer to a plate and set aside.

3. In same skillet heat the butter and saute 
the garlic until fragrant. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for about 2 minutes or until burst already,  then add in the spinach cook stir and cook for 1 minute or until it become wilty. Season with salt and pepper

4. Pour in the heavy cream, parmesan and herbs still well and cook for 2 minutes or until the sauce lightly reduced.

5. Put back the salmon into the skillet and simmer until the salmon cooked throught, about 3 minutes.

6. Garnish with more herbs and squeeze with lemon juice. Serve immediately.
