Stir Fry Sweet Potato Noodles(Japchae) Recipe

Korean noodle dish made of sweet potato noodles and vegetables.In just 30 minutes you will have a delicious and healthy dish.

300 g sweet potato noodles
200 g chicken breast fillet cht in strips
1 red bell pepper finely sliced in strips
1 yellow bell pepper finely sliced in strips
1 big carrot sliced in strips
1 onio  finely sliced
3/4 c soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp oyster sauce
Shitake mushroom or any kind
Sesame seeds
4tbsp sesame oil
Spinach or bok choi leaves

1. Cook the noodles according to the package instruction. Normally its 4 to 6 minutes, drain and wash with cold water

2. Put the chicken into a bowl and marinate it with soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce and sesame oil.Set aside for 15minutes. Reserve the marinate sauce.

3. In a wok heat the oil and saute the chicken until no longer pink in color. Add in the onion saute for 2 minutes .

4. Put in the carrots and bell peppers saute for another 3 minutes. Add in the mushroom and saute for 2 minutes.Pour in the noodles toss it well and add in the chicken marinate sauce stir well. Add in the spinach or bok choi leaves stir well and cook for 6 minutes.

5. Transfer to a serving plate and season with sesame seeds.
