Stir Fry Long Bean with Fried Anchovies (Dilis) Recipe



Looking for a healthy dish,this recipe is for you. It's not only healthy but its very easy and quick to make.YOu will love the cruchiness of the anchovies mix with the long bean.

INGREDIENTS
1 pack of long bean
Oil
4 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp light soysauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp sweet sauce
1/4 cup small anchovies

METHOD
1. Cut the long bean 1-2 inches long and wash.

2. In a pan heat the oil and fry the anchovies until it turns golden brown or crispy.

3. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

4. In same pan heat the oil and saute the garlic until it turns to light brown.Put in the long bean and saute for 3mins. Add in the light soysauce stir and put in the oyster sauce stir again.Lastly add in the sweet sauce and season with pepper stir well and cook for 7 minutes.Off the heat and add in the fried anchovies and stir well.

5. Transfer into a serving plate then serve.
