Coleslaw recipe

Thinking about what side dish u will served with ur grilled or oven baked dish.Well,this coleslaw recipe is the answer.It has a sweet,creamy and tangy taste that u will surely like it.

2 cups cabbage finely sliced grilled 
1 cup carrots finely sliced
1 1/2  tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
5 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp calamsi/lime juice
1/4 tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp white wine vinegar/vinegar/rice vinegar
1 tsp minced onion optional

* Wash the cartots and cabbage pat dry with paper towel .

* In a large bowl combine and toss the cabbage and carrots then set aside.

* In a seperate bowl stir together the sugar,salt,pepper,milk,vinegar,lime juice and mayonnaise.Mix well.

* Pour in about half of the mixture to the carrots and cabbage mix well to blend .if you desire you can still put the another half of the remaining dressing.Add some more of salt and pepper according to your taste.Cover and refrigerate.

* Served cold with it cold with your oven baked or grilled dish.Enjoy
