Pandan Puto Cheese recipe



Puto Pandan Cheese is the variation of famous " steamed rice cake".You can add different toppings on it , some they put salted egg and some they put fillings inside.If you are looking for easy puto recipe this one is for you.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup self raising flour
1/2 cup fresh milk
1/2 cup white sugar
2 to 3 drops od pandan flavour
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
Slice cheese or cheddar cheese

METHOD
1. In a mixing bowl combine the self raising flour, sugar and milk stir well then add the eggs one at a time stirring it well.

2. Add in the pandan flavour stir well to be well combined then the oil mix again until all the ingrrdients incorporated already.

3. Lightly greased oil into your desired size puto molder.Steam for 5 to 7 minutes then put cheese on top and steam again for 7 seconds or until the cheese slightly melted.

4. Remove from the steamer and cool down for awhile so you can easy to handle to remove it from the molder.
