Marinated Salmon Recipe

This marinated salmon flavoured with olive oil, garlic, and some herbs. This is very easy to make, you can bake, pan fry or grill it according to your preference.

2 -3 PCs of salmon fillet
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried dill
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce 
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon zest
1 /2 tsp paprika
2 pcs garlic grated
Lemon wedges to serve optional

1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.. Set aside for 10 minutes.

2. In a bowl mix together the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, honey, paprika, dill, lemon zest, oyster sauce.Stir well to be well combined.

3. Add in the salmon to the marinate mixture and marinade it for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for best tastes.

4. Remove the salmon from the marinade. 

5. In a non stick pan put 1/2 tsp of olive oil and pan fry the salmon. Skin side down first and fry for 5 minutes each side.

6. Transfer to a serving plate and serve with lemon wedges.
