Crispy Chicken Thigh Fillet Recipe



Very simple and easy to make yet so delicious. Kids will surely love its cruchiness outside but juicy inside. In this recipe I use air dryer to fry the chicken but if you dont have u can just deep fry it in a stove.

INGREDIENTS 
2 -3 pcs of chicken thigh fillet
Salt
Pepper 
1/2  tsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup fresh milk
2 tbsp lime juice
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup corn flour
1 egg

FLOUR SEASONING
1 tsp paprika
1tsp garlic powder 
1/2 tsp pepper 
salt 
Pepper
1 tsp Chinese five spice

METHOD
1. Wash the chicken and pat dry  with paper towel.

2.Season the chicken with salt, pepper, cumin, paprika. Set aside for 20 minutes.

3. In a bowl combine the evaporated milk and fresh milk then pour  in the lime juice and stir.

4. Put in the chicken into the milk mixture and marinate it for 2 to 3 hours.

5. In a bowl beat the egg set aside, in a plate put in the half of the plain flour set aside. In a separate plate put the corn flour  and the remaining plain flour. Put pepper, salt, paprika and Chinese five spice and garlic powder.

6. Using air fryer,  set it on 280 C the the timer set it 30 minutes. When it's ready put in the chicken.
     For deep fry, heat 3 cups of oil in a pan in medium high then fry the chicken until it turns golden brown.

7. Serve with rice and coleslaw.
