Creamy Mashed Potato

This homemade mashed potato is so easy and simple to make. You will not look for instant one once you made and try it. This recipe is creamy and soft mashed potato. I used potato ricer to have a nice texture of my mashed potato, if you dont have it you can just use the back of the fork or a potato masher instead.

8 pcs potato
1/2 c cream (heavy or thickened)
3/4 c full cream milk or fresh milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp dried parsley
5 tbsp unsalted butter

1. Wash and peel the potatoes

2. In a large pot put the potatoes and add water then bring to boil about 16 to 18 minutes or until it becomes soft.

3. Remove the potatoes from the water and use a potato ricer to mashed the potatoes.

4. Melt the butter and pour into the mashed potato stir and add the milk and cream stir well season with salt and pepper and add the parsley.

5. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve. You can pour gravy on it if you want.
