Pasta Ala Pobre

1 can tuna in oil
8 pcs garlic cloves minced (divided)
Salt and pepper to taste
Spring onion
Grated cheese (optional)
4 tbsp oil or butter
Pasta sphagetti  or any kind
1 small onion

1. Cook the pasta according to instruction. Drain and set aside.

2. In a pan heat 2tbsp oil and dry the garlic until golden brown then set aside.

3. In the same pan heat the remaining oil and saute the onion and garlic for 2 minutes or until fragrant. 

4. Pour in the tuna together with the oil on it and cook for 3 minutes. Add in the cooked pasta stir well season with salt and pepper and put 3 tbsp spring onion and 3 tbsp of fried garlic tossed well.

5. Put in a serving plate and garnish with cheese and remaining spring onion and garlic.
