3 cups  cooked sushi rice
1 Japanese cucumber
1 cup Japanese mayonnaise 
1/2  cream cheese
1 jar of nori furikaki seaweeds
4 tbsp mirin or Japanese vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 lb crab meat
1 1/2 cup cooked prawn
1 cooked salmon fillet flack 
1/4 cup spring onion
1 pack of seasoned seaweeds sheets

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Season the rice with mirin and sesame oil mix. It may look like very wet so keeps on stirring it so that it will be dry. Transfer to a baking try and set aside.Make sure to press down the rice.

3. In a bowl mix the crab meat, prawn, salmon, mayonaise and the spring onion.

4. Sprinkle furikaki into the rice.

5. Spread the seafood mixture into the rice.

6. Sprinkle the cucumber on top of the mixture then sprinkle the half of furikaki seasoning on top.

7. Place in oven and cook until the top is golden brown for about 5 to 15 minutes.
