400 g macaroni pasta
500 g minced beef
2 can of sliced  tomato
4 tbsp tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/3 cup chopped  parsley
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp sugar
1 big onion finely chopped 
1 big red bell pepper  finely chopped 
4 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
2 tbsp fish sauce 

3 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
600ml milk
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup cheddar cheese 
1 cup mozzarella cheese 

1. Cook the macaroni according to the packaging instructions . Drain and set aside.

2. In a pan heat the oil  and saute the onion and garlic until fragrant.

3. Add in the minced beef saute for 3 minutes then pour in the fish sauce then add the bell pepper Cook for another 7 minutes.

4. Add in the oregano and Italian seasoning stir well and cook for 2 minutes then add in the tomato in can.

5. Stir well and cook for 7 minutes add in the tomato paste and stir well. Seasoned with pepper, salt and sugar stir well cook for another 5 minutes. Pour in the cheese cook until the cheese melted then add in the parsley.

6. Mix together the sauce and the pasta then put in a baking tray or aluminium  tray . Pour in a little bit sauce then season with parsley. Top the pasta again with the white sauce.You can add in mushrooms and bell pepper before u pour in the white sauce it depends on ur preference.

7. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes

1. In a sauce pan melt the butter then add in the flour when lumps form slowly add in the milk by continuously stirring it.

2. When the mixture becomes smooth already add in the nutmeg and salt stirring continuously the pour in the mozzarella  and cheddar cheese. Wait until the sauce becomes smooth and thick.
