Baked Garlic Butter Herb Chicken




This Garlic Butter Herb Chicke is so delicilus, tasty. It has a blended taste of butter, garlic,lime,rosemary,parsley,lemon grass. Nice to serve also with coleslow as side dish.

INGREDIENTS
1 whole chicken
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper

BUTTER AND HERBS MIX
5 tbsp soften butter (unsalted)
2 tsp olive oil
4 cloves of garlic minced plus more to insert inside the cavuty
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp rosemary
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt plus more for veggies

VEGGIES
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 pcs carrots chopped
2 large potatoes choppped
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 pack baby young corn slice in half
1 whole onion for inserting the cavity chopped
1 lemon or 3 pcs calamansi sliced for inserting the cavity
4 cloves garlic smash

METHOD
* Clean and wash the chicken and pat dry with paper towel.

* Season the chicken with salt,pepper,garlic powder set aside for 5mins.

* In a bowl.mix together the butter,parsley,rosemary,garlic,salt,pepper,lime juice.

* Spread the butter herb mixture under the chicken skin half of the mixture all over the chicken

* Insert the lemon grass, garlic,onion and lemon inside the chicken cavity.

* In a bowl put all the veggies and season with salt,pepper,oyster sauce,a little bit olive oil

* Put the chicken on a tray and put the veggies around it.Drizzle with olive oil

* Baked uncovered for 30 mins in 350 F
then cover it and broil for 15 mins.
