Moroccan Mince Mutton recipe



This Moroccan Mince Mutton dish, is a beautiful way to enjoy the spices and flavours of Morocco.

INGREDIENTS
350 g minced mutton
1 big onion finely chopped
2 cups mix veggies
4 tbsp oil
1 can whole steamed tomato
4 cloves garlic minced
Salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp cinnmon powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp tomato paste
3 pcs cloves
Coriander leaves to garnish

METHOD
1. In a pan heat the oil and saute the onion until soften then put the garlic cook until lightly brown.

2.Add in all the spices and  pour in the minced mutton, stir well and cook for 3 minutes then add in the tomato.
Cover and cook for about 15minutes. Add in the mix veggies stir well, put in the tomato paste and season with salt and pepper. 
Cook for another 10 to 15 minutes or until the sauce is thickened.

3.Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with coriander leaves
