Chinese Steamed Egg recipe

This is the most basic version of Chinese Steamed Egg.The secret to your best Chinese steamed egg is warm water.You will surely love the smooth, silky texture of your egg and the taste of egg mix with sesame oil.You can put toppings also for your steamed egg like minced meat or fried onion, it depends of your preferences.

2 eggs
1 cup  warm water
2 tsp light soy sauce
A pitch of salt
1 tsp sesame oil
Spring onion

1. In a bowl beat the egg, warm water, soy sauce and pinch of salt mix well.

2. In a separated bowl spread the half of sesame oil, using a fine strainer pour in the egg mixture into the bowl.
Cover it and steam for 10 to 12 minutes.

3. Remove from the strainer , garnish with spring onion and drizzle the remaining sesame oil then serve.
