Stir Fry Mee Tai Mak Noodles (Rice Flour Noodles)





I never heard this kind of noodles before unless when i lived here in Singapore.Mee Tai Mak is made of Rice Flour that have a round short pin shapes.You can find it fresh here in Singapore when you go to a wet market.In  groceries you can find also that is made from wholegrain Mee Tai Mak.The crazy look of this noodles is its like a rats tail.

INGREDIENTS
420 g wholegrain Mee Tai Mak noodles
5 cloves of garlic minced
1 pack of scliced fish cake
1 cup of mix veggies
1 cup of dow miao leaves
3 tbsp oil
Pepper
4 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp annatto powder

METHOD
1. In a wok heat the oil and saute the garlic until it turns to golden brown.

2. Add in the fish cake and annotto powder stirring it well cook for 2 mins then add in the mix veggies stir again cook for 1minute then put in the noodles and oyster sauce striing it well.cook for 3mins and add un the dow miao leaves.

3. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with spring onion.
