Batang Fish Sarciado




Fish sarciado is a recipe that means "the fish is cook with sauce".The good thing in this recipe is you can transform ur left over fish that u had last night to make a healthy and tasty dish..


INGREDIENTS
250g batang fish 
4 pcs tomatoes diced
3 cloves of garloc minced
2 large onion finely chopped
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp salt
1 1/3 cup water
2 tsp tomato paste
Spring onion or coriander leaves optional
5 tbsp oil for frying fish
3 tbsp oil for sauce
1/2 tsp ground pepper
METHODS
* Clean the fish and season with salt set aside for 5 mins
* 2tsp sugar

* Heat the oul in frying pan and fry the fish tranfer to a plate with paper towel.and set aside

* In a clean pan heat the oil and saute the the onion garlic and tomatoes for 10 mins or until the to.atoes is soften already

*Add the fish sauce and pepper and stir well

*Pour the water and stir let it simmer for about 5mins.

* Put the tomato paste  and sugar stir and add in the fish.

* Simmer for 12mins or until the sauce reduced a bit and thickened already

* Transfer in a serving plate garnised
