Pandan Chicken Recipe

3 pcs  chicken thigh fillet
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp honey
1/3 tsp dark soysauce
1 tsp turmeric powder 
Pandan leaves

1. Cut the chicken into small pieces.

2. Marinate the chicken to all ingredients except for pandan leaves.

3. Marinate it over night or atleast 3hrs.

4. Wrap the chicken pieces in pandan leaves.

5. Deep fry the chicken in a pot filled with enough oil to cover atleast half of the chicken. Make sure to turn the chicken and cook it for  about 10mins.

6. Drain with paper towel and serve while hot.
