FISH FILLET IN LEMON BUTTER SAUCE





INGREDIENTS 
3 pcs fish fillet (any kind)
Salt
Pepper
4 tbsp flour
3 tbsp oil
1/2 cup butter
4 tbsp lemon juice

NOTE: USE A SILVER POT FOR MELTING THE BUTTER SO U CAN SEE THE BUTTER IF TURNS BROWN ALREADY.

METHOD 
1. Melt the butter.

2. Leave until the butter turns brown and the smell suddenly changes and becomes nutty, about 3minites. Off the heat and pour in the lemon juice then set aside.

3. Pat dry the fish Season the with salt and pepper and set aside for 4minutes.

4. Sprinkle four and use the fingers to spread flour.

5. Heat oil in non stick skillet on a high heat. Cook the fish until golden.

6. Transfer the fish into a serving g plate and  drizzle with sauce about 2 1/2 tbsp each fish. Garnish with parsley or coriander leaves.
