Banana Bread with Pumpkin Seeds Recipe

. 3 ripe bananas
• 1/3 cup melted butter

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• Pinch of salt

• 3/4 cup sugar

• 1 large egg, beaten

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

• 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds


• Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 4x8 inch loaf pan.

• In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.

• Mix the melted butter into the mashed bananas.

• Add the baking soda and salt to the mixture and mix.

• Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.

• Add the flour and mix until just incorporated. Do not overmix.

• Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.

• Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top of the batter.

• Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
