Java Rice Recipe



INGREDIENTS 
4 to 5  cups steamed rice
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp annato powder 
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
5 tbsp margarine or butter 
Spring onion optional
Salt to taste

METHOD 
1. Melt the margarine in microwave oven for about 10 seconds.

2. Combine the garlic powder, onion powder, Annatto powder mix well. Pour into the melted margarine stir well to be well combine.

3. Slowly pour the mixture over the warmed steamed rice. Stir well so that the mixture will be combined well to the rice.Garnisee with spring onion.

4. Serve with grilled chicken or fried pork chop.
