200g linguini pasta
4 cloves of garlic minced 
4 tbsp unsalted butter
Spring onions 
1 tsp chilli flakes 
120 g shrimp meat
Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp soysauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce 
Salt and pepper 

7 cloves of garlic finely sliced 
4 tbsp olive oil

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserved  1/2 cup of the water from.the pasta. Drained the pasta and set aside.

2. To make the garlic oil. Place the garlic and oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Once the garlic is sizzling  cook it for 2 to 3 mi utes or until the edges of the garlic turn to golden brown. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

3. In a a saucepan place the butter and melt in medium heat. Pour in the garlic and chilli flakes saute for 2 minutes then add in the shrimp cook for 2 minutes and pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce and the water from the pasta. Simmer for awhile and pour in the pasta mix well to combined seasoned with salt and pepper and parmesan cheese .

4. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with the garlic oil, spring onion, and parmesan cheese.
