Teriyaki Mackerel Recipe

4 pcs mackerel fillet
3 tbsp oil
1 cup soysauce
1 cup water
1 pc lemon grass
Pepper to taste
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oyster sauce

1. Mix all the ingredients for marinade in a pan, bring to boil and cook for 7 minutes or until it thicken a bit and the mixtures reduce already.

2. Brush the mackerel fillet with the marinade several times.

3. Fry the fillet in grill pan or grill them in a barbecue grill.

4. Cook each side for 2 minutes. 

Served with warm steamed rice or salad.
