Aligue Pasta ( Crab Fat Pasta ) Recipe

1lb sphagetti noodles
1 lb shrimp or any seafood u prepare 
1 onion chopped 
3 cloves of garlic minced 
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream
Spring onion to garnish 
1 1/2 cup aligue or crab fat
Lemon or calamansi to drizzle 
3 tbsp cooking oil 

1. Cook the  noodles according to package I instructions. Drained and set aside.

2. Heat the cooking oil in a pan and saute the onion and garlic until fragrant.

3. Pour in the shrimp and saute until pinkish. 

4. Add the aligue or crab fat and saute for 2 minutes then pour in the heavy cream or cooking cream simmer it for 3 minutes .

5. Put salt and pepper to taste.  You can add chilli if u like.

6. Pour in the pasta and tossed  it with the sauce until well combined or you can jst add the sauce on top of the pasta. Garnish with spring onion and drizzle with lemon.
