Simple Bacon and Cheese Pasta Recipe



INGREDIENTS 
2 cups of fresh milk
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
300 g minced bacon 
Parsley 
Macaroni or any of choice pasta
5 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream

METHOD 
1. Cook the pasta according to the pocket instructions.  Drained  and set aside.

2. In a sauce pan saute the minced bacon until golden brown and crisp.  Add the butter wait the butter to be melted then . Pour in the heavy cream and the milk simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Pour in the  cheddar cheese stir well to be well combined.  Then add the parmesan cheese stir well seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. Cooked for 8 to 10 minutes or until the sauce become thick. Transfer the cooked pasta into the sauce stir well until well combined. Drizzle with fresh or dried parsley.
