Sausage Bread Recipe

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp instant yeast 
1 cup warm milk
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 egg ( 1 is for the egg wash)
Sesame seeds 
3 tbsp butter

1. In a small bowl beat 1 egg then set aside.

2. In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, yeast and salt  stir well.

3. Pour in the warm milk to the flour mixture and mix well until well combine. Add in the egg mix well. When the dough form already put in the butter and mixed it to be well combined.

4. Knead the dough for 8 minutes or until become soft and elastic. U can add a bit of flour if the dough mixture is sticky. Cover the dough and rest it for 45 minutes or until it double the size.

5. In a small pot boil 2 cups of water then put in the sausage simmer it for 2 minutes. Drained then set aside.

6. When the dough is  double the size already  divide it into 8 pcs or I can used a weighing scale for ur desired weight of the dough.

7. Get 1 pc of the dough flattened  it using a roller pin then put the sausage and rolled it until the end and lock it behind. Continue doing it to the other dough. Then rest it for 30 minutes.

8. Beat the other egg for the egg wash.. brush each bread with the egg wash and drizzle it with sesame seeds. 

9. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until becomes golden brown.
