Spinach and Bacon Quiche Recipe

2 cups frozen spinach ( thawed and drained)
1 medium size onion chopped
1 cup bacon bits
1 cup milk
1 cup greek yogurt
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or any cheese u prepare
8 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat the oven  to 250 degrees. 

2. In a skillet saute the bacon bits until becomes crispy. Then set aside.

3. In the same skillet saute the onion and the spinach for 5 minutes. Drained and set aside.

4. In a large mixing bowl combine the eggs,yogurt,salt and pepper. Mix well then add the bacon bits, cheese and spinach stir well to combined.

5. Grease the muffin tray and pour the mixtures. Bake for bake for 15 to 25 minutes.
