Bake Lamb Rack Recipe






INGREDIENTS 
 2 Lamb rack
1/2 tsp dried rosemary 
1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt and plus
1 tsp pepper 
Olive oil
Fresh rosemary
1 tsp garlic powder

METHOD 
1. Preheat the oven to 375*.

2. Put the lamb 9n a baking tray.

3. In a bowl combine all the ingredients except for the fresh rosemary's.

4. Rub the mixture all over the lamb then set aside for 10 to 15 mins.

5. Put the fresh rosemary on top of the lamb then bake for 20 to 35 minutes. Depends on ur preference if well done or medium rare.
