Simple Goulash Recipe

2 cups macaroni
3 bay leaves 
3 cups water
1 small can tomato sauce
1 small can diced tomatoes 
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp paprika 
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp italian seasoning
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded 
600 grams minced beef/chicken
1 cup beef stock
1 big onion finely chopped 
4 cloves of garlic minced 
Fresh italian parsley to garnish 
3 tbsp olive oil 

1. Brown the beef in a large stock pot. Remove from pan and drain. In same pot heat the oil and saute the onionin medium high until become translucent . Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.

2. Return the ground beef to the pot along with the water, beef stock,tomato sauce, can of diced tomato,soy sauce, bay leaves. Season with salt, pepper,italian seasoning, paprika. Stir well cover and bring to boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.

3. Pour in the macaroni noodles stir well cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minute or until aldente. Stir occasionally to prevent noodles to sticking to the bottom.

4. Just before serving stir in the cheese and garnish with fresh italian parsley.
