Garlic Skinless Longganisa (Filipino Sausage)Recipe

6 cloves of garlic minced 
1 lb ground chicken or you can use pork or beef also
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika 
4 tbsp brown sugar
5 tbsp white sugar
2 tbsp soysauce
3 tbsp oil 
1 tbsp cornstarch 
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp water

Wax paper

1. In a large mixing bowl ,combine the choice of ur meat (chicken,porkbeef) together with all of the ingredients. Mix well.

2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.

3. Shape the longganisa by laying a sheet of wax paper in flat surface. Scoop around 1 and 1/2  tablespoon  of mixture and put  over the wax paper. Fold the wax paper from top to down until the mixture  is covered.

4. Hold the edge of the paper with your fingers and then slide the card  towards the mixture. Push a bit more until a sausage shape is formed. Do this step until the all mixture is consumed.

5. Refrigerate  overnight.

6. Remove the paper and cook this is best to serve with garlic rice and egg.
