Fried Mid Chicken Wings

11 pcs chicken mid wings
3 pcs calamansi 
4 cloves of garlic minced 
1 tsp oregano 
1 tsp sweet paprika 
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp pepper
Oil for frying
1/2 cup cornstarch 
1/2 tsp cumin

1. Wash the chicken and fat dry with paper towel.

2. Put the chicken in a mixing bowl and season with fish sauce, pepper and fish sauce. Set aside for 10 minutes.

3. In a bowl mix together the cornstarch, cumin, paprika and oregano. Mix well.

4. Massage the seasoning to the chicken. 
Pit in fridge and leave it for 2 hrs or overnight before frying. Make sure that you deep fry the chicken so it will turn crispy.
