Greek Lemon Garlic Chicken Recipe

6-9 pcs of chicken thigh (you can use any part according to ur preference)
4 whole lemon
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp pepper
1 tsp paprika 
1 tbsp thyme 
1 tsp rosemary
1 1/2 tsp pepper 
4 cloves garlic grated
1/2 cup  and 4 tbsp olive oil 
1 tbsp salt plus extra
Potato optional
1/2 cup water

1. Clean a d wash the chicken then pat dry with paper towel. Seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper,set aside for 15 minutes.

2. Squeeze 3 and half of lemon for marinade, set aside the other half  for later.

3. Add the olive oil  to the lemon juice and the grated garlic. Mix well.

4. Cut the potatoes a cording to your preferred  sized. Soak in water so it will not turn brown or black In  colour.

5. In a baking tray arrange the chicken and pour in the half of the marinade mixture. Rub the mixture to the chicken. Mix all the herbs in a small bowl to make your seasoning. Massage the seasoning to the chicken and potatoes.

6. Pour the rest of marinade and add water to avoid the chicken drying up.

7. Slice the half of the lemon and add to the dish..Bake the chicken for 40 to 50 minutes.
