Chicken Sarciado Recipe

4 pcs chicken thigh
4 pcs tomatoes finely chopped 
1 big onion finely chopped 
4 cloves garlic minced 
1 tbsp fish sauce
Garlic powder 
Cooking oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 /2 tsp sugar
1 cup water 

1. Clean and wash the chicken. Pat dry with paper towel  then season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Set aside for 10 minutes.

2. In a frying pan heat the oil and fry the chicken until turns golden brown. Set aside.

3. In another pan heat the oil and saute the onion until fragrant, followed by the garlic saute for 1 minute then pour in the tomatoes. Cook it until the tomatoes become crushed already. Add the tomato paste, water a d sugar still well and simmer for 4 minutes. 

4. Put the chicken to the pan and simmer it for 6 minutes or until the sauce thickened already.
