Crispy Tofu




This  recipe is very easy and quick to make.
U will love the crispyness of the tofu because of the breadings.You can serve this as an appetizer.To be crispy you need to deep fry the tofu.


INGREDIENTS
1 pack tofu (slice according to ur preference size)
2 eggs 
1 cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
Pepper
Salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder


For the Sauce
1/4 cup soysauce
1/4 cup vinegar
Pepper
Salt
4 tbsp calamansi or lime juice
1 shallot finely chopped
1 cloves garlic minced
1 pc red chillie finely slice
1 pc green chilie finely slice
2 tsp sugar
Oil
Note: just mix all the ingredients for the sauce.

METHOD
1. Cut the tofu according to your preference.

2. In a bowl mix the flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder stir well.

3. In anothet bowl beat the eggs.and put the breadcrumbs in a plate.

4. In a pan heat the oil. When the oil is ready you will dip first the tofu in flour mixture then to the egg and lastly to the breadcrumbs and straightly put it in to the pan and fry.Your stove must me in medium.heat ,cook the tofu until it turns golden brown.

5. Strain it in a strainer to remove excess oil dont use paper towel because it may stream the tofu and wil loss its crispyness.Serve with the dipping sauce.
